Jugador estadounidense de fútbol americano. Jugó para la Universidad de Kentucky. Como mariscal de campo y pateador profesional, lo hizo por los Chicago Bears (1949–58), Houston Oilers (1960–66) y Oakland Raiders (1967–76), consiguiendo los récords, aún vigentes, de más temporadas jugadas (26), más partidos jugados (340) y más puntos extras (943). Su registro de más goles de campo convertidos (335) fue batido en 1983.
